The general questions every buyer asks before starting a clothing order with a factory.

What is your MOQ?

100 pcs per style per color across all our product categories.

How long does sampling take?

Samples normally take 7-10 days; the sample fee is 100% credited toward your bulk order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank wire, PayPal and Alipay. Company bank details are provided on the quotation.

How long is bulk production?

Usually 20-35 days depending on quantity and decoration.

What are FOB and DDP?

FOB means you control shipping from the Chinese port; DDP includes delivery and duties to your door.

How do you control quality?

Every lot is checked against AQL 2.5, with photos before dispatch.

Can you develop custom fabric?

Yes, we develop fabric and GSM from your reference garment or swatch.

What is the difference between OEM and ODM?

OEM produces to your design; ODM also helps design and develop the product.

Can you protect my designs?

Yes, we work under NDA and keep tech packs confidential.

How do I request a quote?

Send your design, tech pack or reference photos with sizes and quantities; we reply within 1-2 working days.

Do you offer private label?

Yes - woven labels, hang tags and branded packaging.

What happens if goods have defects?

Defective pieces are handled per the AQL agreement before shipment.
