Quality starts with the fabric. Our warehouse stocks over 500 tons of premium cotton and blends. Every roll undergoes a thorough inspection for shading, holes, and weight (GSM) before entering the production line.
We utilize advanced computer-controlled "Auto Crop" cutting machines. This technology ensures millimeter-level precision for every pattern, reducing fabric waste and ensuring consistent sizing across all sizes.
Our workshop is equipped with smart hanging systems and modern sewing machines. Skilled operators specialize in different garment parts (sleeves, collars, hems) to maximize speed and quality.
Before inspection, every garment goes through our industrial steam ironing station. This ensures the fabric is smooth, seams are flat, and the garment is presented in its best condition.
We follow the AQL 2.5 inspection standard. Our QC team checks every single piece for loose threads, stains, print quality, and measurement accuracy. Defective items are immediately rejected.
Finished goods are neatly stacked, packaged in custom poly bags, and boxed for shipment. Our organized warehouse ensures your order is ready for fast global shipping via Sea or Express.
