Custom T-Shirt Manufacturing FAQ

Everything buyers ask before ordering custom t-shirts from our factory - MOQ, fabric weight, decoration, sampling and delivery.

What is the MOQ for custom t-shirts?

The MOQ is 100 pcs per style per color. You can mix sizes within each style and color.

What GSM should I choose?

Streetwear brands usually choose 240-320 GSM; basics and layering work at 180-220 GSM. We can develop the exact weight from your reference.

Which fabrics do you offer?

Single jersey, combed cotton, slub, pique and blends. We match the hand feel and weight from a swatch or sample.

Can you match my existing t-shirt?

Yes. Send a garment or measurements and we develop the fabric, fit and construction to match.

How long does sampling take?

Samples normally take 7-10 days. The sample fee is 100% credited toward your bulk order.

What printing methods are available?

Screen print, DTF, puff print, 3D silicone, TPU patches and embroidery are all available.

Do you offer oversized or boxy fits?

Yes. We build oversized, boxy and regular patterns, and can grade from your fit sample.

What sizes do you produce?

XS to 5XL with graded patterns; short, regular and tall lengths are available.

Can you match Pantone colors?

Yes, we dye to Pantone or your reference swatch with lab dip approval.

Do you provide custom labels and packaging?

Yes - woven neck labels, hang tags, poly bags and barcode stickers are standard options.

How long is bulk production?

Bulk production usually takes 20-35 days depending on quantity and decoration.

How do you ship?

By sea or air worldwide, with photos before dispatch and full export documents.

Can you protect my design?

Yes, we work under NDA and keep your tech packs and patterns confidential.
